- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook until crispy.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in artichoke hearts and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Toss cooked spaghetti with the pancetta and artichoke mixture.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

- Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
