- 8 oz noodles (such as egg noodles or spaghetti)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef, breaking it into small pieces. Cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture and toss well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Use lean ground beef to reduce excess grease.
