Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
  7. Toss in cooked pasta and mix well. Serve hot.
