Description

A creamy cheesecake swirled with white chocolate and tangy raspberry.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press into a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  5. Fold in melted white chocolate.
  6. Pour batter over crust. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry puree on top.
  7. Swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  9. Cool completely before serving.
