Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed summer berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine berries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until berries soften and sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the berries.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the topping is crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Adjust sugar based on berry sweetness.
- For extra crunch, toast the oats before adding.
