- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Fill each bell pepper with the mixture.
- Place peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for another 10 minutes.
