Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
- Add ginger and garlic. Stir for 1 minute.
- Mix in soy sauce, honey, and oyster sauce. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
