  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
  3. Add ginger and garlic. Stir for 1 minute.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, honey, and oyster sauce. Cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
