- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or tortilla chips.

- Drain spinach and artichokes thoroughly to avoid excess moisture.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
