- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the shrimp skewers evenly with the spice mixture.
- Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp turn pink.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
