- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook until browned and crispy, then set aside.
- Place a tortilla in a clean skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle half the cheese on one side of the tortilla.
- Add a layer of cooked beef, onions, and pickles.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
- Top with remaining cheese and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with extra ketchup or mustard if desired.
