- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Divide into 8 small balls and press thinly onto a hot skillet to make smash patties.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing a smash patty in each tortilla.
- Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
- Drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and mayo.
- Serve immediately.
