Description

A fun twist on classic tacos, combining the flavors of a juicy smash burger with crispy taco shells.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Divide into 8 small balls and press thinly onto a hot skillet to make smash patties.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing a smash patty in each tortilla.
  6. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles.
  7. Drizzle with ketchup, mustard, and mayo.
  8. Serve immediately.
