Description
A quick and delicious shrimp fried rice packed with vegetables.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably chilled)
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, then remove from pan.
- Scramble eggs in the same pan and set aside.
- Sauté mixed vegetables until tender.
- Add cooked rice and stir well.
- Mix in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Return shrimp and eggs to the pan.
- Drizzle sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together and serve hot.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for best texture.
- Adjust sauces to taste.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
