Description

Ingredients

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups water
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 bay leaves
Instructions
- Bring water, lemon slices, and bay leaves to a boil in a pot.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and cool.
- In a bowl, mix horseradish, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Chill the sauce for 30 minutes.
- Arrange shrimp on a plate with the sauce. Serve cold.

- Use fresh shrimp for the best texture.
- Adjust horseradish and hot sauce for desired spiciness.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
