Description

A hearty and protein-packed breakfast burrito filled with sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for a quick morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet and scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 seconds.
  5. Divide the sausage, eggs, and cheese evenly among the tortillas.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly into burritos and serve immediately.
