Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Slowly mix in olive oil, rosemary, and vanilla.
- Alternately add flour mixture and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use extra-virgin olive oil for best flavor.
- Fresh rosemary adds a stronger aroma.
- Store leftovers airtight for up to 3 days.
