Description
A simple rosemary garlic focaccia recipe with a crispy crust and soft interior.
Ingredients
Scale
- 500g bread flour
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 350ml warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead for 5 minutes.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Press dough into a greased baking tray.
- Dimple the dough with your fingers.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic, rosemary, and sea salt.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
