Ingredients

- 7g instant yeast
- 10g salt
- 300ml warm water
- 50ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tsp coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead for 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Press the dough into a greased baking tray.
- Dimple the dough with your fingers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle rosemary and sea salt.
- Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
