- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
