Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix pomegranate molasses, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin in a bowl.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Brush with remaining glaze halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding honey if desired.
