- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rosemary
Instructions
- Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear lamb chops for 3 minutes per side.
- Remove chops and set aside.
- In the same pan, add pomegranate juice and honey.
- Simmer until reduced by half.
- Brush glaze onto lamb chops.
- Serve immediately.
