A refreshing and creamy Indian yogurt-based drink blended with ripe mangoes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup ripe mango, chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water or milk
- 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add chopped mango, yogurt, water (or milk), and sugar to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add cardamom powder (if using) and blend again briefly.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled with ice cubes if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe, sweet mangoes for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness based on mango ripeness.
- For a thinner consistency, add more water or milk.
