Ingredients

- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked orzo to the pan and stir to combine.
- Mix in parsley, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with crumbled feta before serving.
