- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add vegetables and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.

- Adjust honey and soy sauce to taste.
- Double the sauce if you prefer extra.
