Ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat scallops dry with a paper towel.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add scallops and cook for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove scallops from pan.
  5. Add butter, garlic, and honey to the same pan.
  6. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Return scallops to pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.
