Delicious scallops cooked in a honey garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb scallops
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat scallops dry with a paper towel.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add scallops and cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Remove scallops from pan.
- Add butter, garlic, and honey to the same pan.
- Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return scallops to pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh scallops for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Cook scallops in batches if needed.
