Ingredients

- 500g all-purpose flour
- 7g instant yeast
- 50g sugar
- 5g salt
- 4 large eggs
- 120ml whole milk
- 150g unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs and milk, then knead until smooth.
- Gradually add butter and knead until elastic.
- Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into buns.
- Place on a baking tray and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Brush with egg wash and bake at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
