Ingredients

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and protein powder in a bowl.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir well.
- Fold in chopped chives.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
