Description

A simple and flavorful dish featuring sweet potatoes roasted with harissa for a spicy kick.


Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix sweet potatoes with olive oil, harissa paste, salt, pepper, cumin, and smoked paprika.
  3. Spread the coated sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Serve warm as a side dish or over grains.
