- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and water.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread 1/4 cup enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture and cheese.
- Roll tortillas and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with onions and cilantro.
