Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring ground beef wrapped in tortillas and topped with enchilada sauce and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and water.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Spread 1/4 cup enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Fill tortillas with beef mixture and cheese.
  7. Roll tortillas and place seam-side down in the dish.
  8. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Garnish with onions and cilantro.
