Description

A delicious and easy-to-make grilled chicken Caesar wrap filled with crisp romaine, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly for easier wrapping.
  5. Spread Caesar dressing evenly over each tortilla.
  6. Layer with romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, Parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using).
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to secure the wrap.
  8. Cut in half and serve immediately.
