Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with creamy Gouda and sweet caramelized onions.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • 1/4 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place one slice butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Add Gouda and caramelized onions.
  5. Top with the second bread slice, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Serve hot.
