Description

A spicy and savory side dish featuring roasted Brussels sprouts glazed with a sweet and tangy gochujang sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic.
  5. Drizzle glaze over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired and serve immediately.
