Garlic Parmesan stuffed mushrooms are a delicious appetizer. They are easy to make and full of flavor.

- 20 large white mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic in a bowl.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh mushrooms for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
