A creamy and flavorful pasta dish with tender chicken, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden and cooked through (5-6 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss with the sauce.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until well coated. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
