Ingredients

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour and salt, knead until smooth. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, and oregano in a bowl.
  4. Roll dough into small balls, coat with herb butter, and layer in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve warm.
