Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110°F)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add flour and salt, knead until smooth. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, and oregano in a bowl.
- Roll dough into small balls, coat with herb butter, and layer in a greased loaf pan.
- Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh herbs for best flavor.
- Dough can be refrigerated overnight for later use.
- Brush extra herb butter on top before serving.
