Description

Ingredients

  • 1 packet active dry yeast

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp mixed dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Fold in minced garlic and herbs.
  5. Shape into a loaf and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Cool before slicing.
