  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers, placing 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
  4. Brush shrimp generously with the garlic butter marinade.
