Easy Oreo truffles are a simple no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in chocolate.

- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vegetable oil (optional, for smoother coating)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips with oil (if using) in short bursts in the microwave.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess drip off.
- Return to baking sheet and refrigerate until set (about 30 minutes).
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Use leftover Oreo crumbs to sprinkle on top before chocolate sets.
- For variety, try mint or peanut butter Oreo flavors.
