Description

Easy Oreo truffles are a simple no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil (optional, for smoother coating)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with oil (if using) in short bursts in the microwave.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess drip off.
  7. Return to baking sheet and refrigerate until set (about 30 minutes).

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
