- 2 cups water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in water, tomato sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Add pasta and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Serve hot.
