Description

A flavorful Middle Eastern dip made with roasted red peppers, walnuts, and spices.


Ingredients

  • 2 large roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend roasted red peppers, walnuts, breadcrumbs, and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Add lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until well combined.
  4. Transfer to a bowl and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
