Ingredients

- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 200g feta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop all vegetables.
- Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
- Add feta cheese and olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for best flavor.

- Use ripe tomatoes for better taste.
- For extra freshness, add chopped parsley or mint.
