Description

A fresh and healthy Greek salad with crisp vegetables, feta cheese, and a simple olive oil dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 200g feta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop all vegetables.
  2. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add feta cheese and olives.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for best flavor.
