- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl.
- Mix melted butter and sugar in another bowl. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Stir banana mixture into butter mixture.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
