- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
- Blend almonds into a fine powder.
- Add soaked dates, almond milk, banana, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
