A refreshing and crispy Thai tofu salad with vibrant flavors.
Ingredients

- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Instructions
- Drain and press tofu to remove excess water.
- Coat tofu cubes in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu until crispy.
- Mix cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and chili for dressing.
- Toss salad with dressing and top with crispy tofu.
- Sprinkle peanuts before serving.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 15 minutes for crispier results.
- Adjust chili to your preferred spice level.
- Serve immediately to maintain crispiness.
