Instructions

  4. Add butter and Parmesan, mix well.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Sauté mushrooms and garlic until golden.
  7. Season with black pepper and thyme.
  8. Serve polenta topped with mushrooms.
