A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring tender shrimp in a creamy Cajun-spiced sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
