- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Serve immediately for the creamiest texture.
