Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the French bread into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley.
  4. Brush the butter mixture between the bread slices.
  5. Stuff the cheese between the slices.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
