- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the French bread into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture between the bread slices.
- Stuff the cheese between the slices.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm.
