Ingredients

- 2 slices of crusty bread
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 large ripe tomato, sliced
- 4–5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread slices.
- Drizzle olive oil on one side of each slice.
- Layer mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves on one slice.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the toppings.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second bread slice.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.

- Use high-quality mozzarella for best flavor.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
