Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with creamy brie and sweet blackberry jam.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 oz brie cheese
- 1 tbsp blackberry jam
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place brie cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Spread blackberry jam on the unbuttered side of the other slice.
- Press the slices together with the buttered sides facing out.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Use thick-sliced bread for best results.
- Let the sandwich cool slightly before cutting.
