Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with creamy brie and sweet blackberry jam.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 oz brie cheese
  • 1 tbsp blackberry jam
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place brie cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  3. Spread blackberry jam on the unbuttered side of the other slice.
  4. Press the slices together with the buttered sides facing out.
  5. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Slice and serve warm.
