Ingredients

- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Mix chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl.
- Stir in peanut butter until well combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with blueberries and honey before serving.
Notes
- Use creamy or crunchy peanut butter based on preference.
- Adjust sweetness with more or less honey.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
